We, at R.L. Institute of Nautical Sciences (RLINS), dedicate ourselves to Impart Maritime Education and Training in compliance with STCW Convention, STCW Code and as Per DGS guidelines.
We shall endeavour to make continual improvement of the quality system to meet customer requirements.
